  This place is run poorly. My partner and I came in for his birthday club meal, (free entree, had called in an order and told the lady I was going to use the birthday meal and placed a to-go order); upon not recognizing us, they turned us away and said it was because we wanted to take it to-go and we needed to eat in the building. I had to pay full price, after calling and being told I was getting the free meal.
  
  I gave them a pass.
  I booked a stay for a family member during the Thanksgiving holiday. I booked this a while back. It's now 11/9 and they leave a message a couple of days ago saying the accommodation was a mistake. No explanation. I went in. I was told my family member could not stay because the inn was not open and they did not want to have staff on to take care (feed) the guests. The manager was supposed to call me that day. He didnt. I called 11/9 am and the receptionist told me that the manager was supposed to have emailed me. Although I left no email with them. The reason she cannot stay for her reserved date is because they will be doing maintenance on the building. This is unacceptable. I booked far in advance and they are doing nothing to make this right. They should have known when we spoke verbally to make the original reservation weather or not they were scheduling maintenance. I now have family coming and no bed for them to sleep in, and must find new accommodations, last min.
  
  I will never recommend this inn or cafe to anyone ever again.

  Love the local suppliers they use and the quality of food plus service was great!
